Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing to Certify Delinquent Accounts will be held at the office of the SilverCreek Water and Sanitation District, 336 Spruce Drive, SilverCreek, Colorado. Such delinquent accounts will be reviewed at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors to be held at the SilverCreek Water and Sanitation District’s office @ 336 Spruce Drive, SilverCreek, Colorado on Tuesday October 10, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. Any interested elector of SilverCreek Water and Sanitation District may attend to dispute such delinquency, any accounts not brought current by the end of said meeting shall be certified to Grand County for collection by the SilverCreek Water and Sanitation District Board of Directors.
