Notice is hereby given that a proposed budget has been submitted to the SilverCreek Water and Sanitation District for the ensuing year of 2023. That a copy of such proposed budget has been filed in the office of the SilverCreek Water and Sanitation District, 336 Spruce Drive, SilverCreek, Colorado, where same is open for public inspection. That such proposed budget will be considered at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors to be held at the SilverCreek Water and Sanitation District’s office @ 336 Spruce Drive, SilverCreek, Colorado on Tuesday November 8, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. Any interested elector of SilverCreek Water and Sanitation District may inspect the proposed budget and file or register any objections thereto at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget by the SilverCreek Water and Sanitation District Board of Directors.
