Applying for a Tap.
When applying for a Tap in the District, an application (below) must be filled out and four copies of your plans must be brought into the office for approval. Once the application and plans are approved, payment is due at the time of purchase. A District employee will stamp your plans with our approval and provide a copy of the Tap Requirements (below) which details the installation process. Taps are required to be inspected once they are installed, before backfill begins.
